  • sells merchandise to individual customers from the Order Desk area, applying knowledge of characteristics, quality and merit of items sold
  • displays merchandise or demonstrates article, emphasizing saleable features and suggest selection to customer
  • estimates or quotes prices, credit terms, and delivery dates if applicable
  • wraps or packages merchandise for customer
  • maintain Order Desk customer information logbook
  • maintains inventory of stock and requisitions merchandise from warehouse
  • salary plus benefit package
